Auction Terms & Conditions Buyer's Premium:
There will be a 13% Buyer's Premium added to the winning bid.
All auction invoices will be charged to the buyer's credit/debit card used during registration. This is our standard payment option.
Payments will be processed immediately after the last lot closes and the auction is completed.
Any other arrangements must be made PRIOR to bidding. Leave a note during registration to let our staff know you plan on using an alternate payment method.
If the card information on file is declines, American Coin Auctions, LLC reserves the right to cancel the invoice and block that bidder from future auctions.
If payment is declined after the auction, American Coin Auctions, LLC will try again the next day.We reserve the right to run a charge for a 10% deposit towards your invoice total.
Credit/debit cards may be used with NO EXTRA FEES associated with them. Payments via Deluxe eCheck or Wire Transfer will receive a 3% discount on their invoice total. Payments via Deluxe eCheck or Wire Transfer must be received by American Coin Auctions, LLC within 48 hours of the auction closed.
PayPal payments are accepted, please provide us with your information and intention to use PayPal prior to bidding.
All invoices that exceed $4999.99 will be required to send a Wire Transfer or Deluxe eCheck.
Online Auction Ending Times:
American Coin Auctions, LLC auctions are timed events, and all bidding will close at the specified time. All auctions will be live and open for bidding 7 days before the scheduled close. (Please take advantage of the max bid feature!)
Staggered Close: This online auction closes in 10 second intervals. This gives time for bidders to keep up with all auction lots and keeps the auction to a reasonable length.
Soft Close: Any last-minute bids will extend the time on that lot by 2 minutes. Each individual lot is subject to a "soft close" and could remain active later than the scheduled ending time.
$0 - $39 = $1 increments
$40 - $78 = $2 increments
$80 - $295 = $5 increments
$300 - $990 = $10 increments
$1000 - $2980 = $20 increments
$3000 - up = $50 increments
All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc., will be allowed. Property is available for inspection via photographs and descriptions. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.
American Coin Auctions, LLC reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary.
Items are not available for pickup.
All items will be shipped via The United States Postal Service, either First Class, Priority, Express, or Registered. American Coin Auctions, LLC reserves the right to choose the best option that we see fit. All auction purchases will be shipped to the shipping address provided in registration. To prevent fraud, American Coin Auctions, LLC cannot and will not change the shipping address. If the address provided is wrong, bidders must re-register with the correct information PRIOR to bidding.
All shipping charges will be charged to the buyer, with the exception of insurance. All packages sent by American Coin Auctions, LLC are fully insured. Insurance will not cover packaged marked "delivered" by USPS, it is the bidders responsibility to secure their delivery location.
We combine shipping within a single auction day only.
A 6% sales tax will be added to the invoice total for all Kentucky shipping and/or billing addresses. Exempt parties must provide a Sales and Use tax number and fill out the forms required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Website and Other Technical Problems:
In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, American Coin Auctions, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
Any dispute between American Coin Auctions, LLC, its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Madison County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
American Coin Auctions, LLC's agents and representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify American Coin Auctions, LLC and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc.
Auction company employees, consignors and/or American Coin Auctions, LLC may bid on and purchase auction items. Consignors reserve the right to use a reserve, in which case the reserves will be set via bids.
American Coin Auctions, LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this agreement. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) loss of bidding privileges for American Coin Auctions, LLC.
